When you signed up for this, you were painted a rosy picture of being your own boss and how you could make money helping people through starting your own agency or SAAS business. It sounded perfect!

You saw successful people winning, making money hand over fist. It made total sense, and you jumped on the bandwagon to get a slice of the pie. You could be your own software or agency services provider. Woohoo!

But pretty soon... reality hits like a freakin' freight train...

Oh man there's a lot to set up and build before you can sell something.

Sheesh, what are you actually going to sell them?

Will this even work if I do sell it?

Should I do this or that?

I'm not sure this workflow will fire like I want it to...

My design looks terrible...

Whoa, that sales presentation didn't go very well...

It's not converting! How do I actually get results for my clients...

Man, these customers need a lot of support...

How am I going to grow when I keep losing customers...

How do I scale?

I've got a great offer, how do I attract more opportunity?

And the thousands of other questions probably going through your head. Suddenly doubt and insecurity takes over and before long... you haven't made much progress.

You stay there stuck and frustrated... month after month. Eventually, you become jaded and are ready to jump ship over to some new shiny object... again.

You've probably realized that being an agency or SAAS provider is a bit harder that you'd thought it would be initially. There's a lot to learn. There's a lot to do. Plenty to build and create.

Even with all the amazing tools and systems that Gohighlevel provides... it's just not some picnic with overnight success.

Truth is.... it's hard (And that's ok... most things worth doing are). I know exactly what you are feeling. The frustrations... the ups and downs. I've felt it all too and have been right in your shoes before (Several times over). I've built several agencies in my career over the last decade. Some had massive wins severing hundreds of clients... and I've also had some that failed spectacularly. I've been right there in the trenches before, just like you trying to figure it all out.

It's difficult to make a big splash in the agency world.

When I first started many moons ago, the landscape was a whole lot different. There wasn't anywhere near as many freelancers as there are today. Mostly it was large agencies with a huge staff. There weren't gurus out there teaching this stuff. There wasn't Gohighlevel to power everything. We had to build stuff from scratch and piece multiple software together to get done what we needed.

Here I was a lone wolf out there on my own with nothing but a laptop taking it all on. I had no direction. No support. No funding. No peers to get ideas from. And most importantly... no roadmap to follow.

Frankly... it was hard.

I spent years teaching myself through trial and error. I would make some money from a client, and turn right around and spend it to get more tech or improve my abilities. I spent a small fortune hiring experts to show me how to get better.

Eventually, I established some solid success. I learned how to sell. I learned how to get results for clients. I learned how to grow and scale. Each new problem I got to... I would learn and do, trial by fire, until I got it right.

Since then, I've gone on to serve hundreds of clients in everything from Automotive dealers, gym franchises, home services, swim schools, restaurants and more.

Although it ended up well... that path as this lone wolf was rough and very humbling.

I always felt like the agencies that were winning... belonged to some elite society and kept all the answers and secrets locked away only for themselves. Without that knowledge and insider information the little guy was held back... no matter how hard they worked or how bad they wanted it.

Pushing through... I had hard ups and downs. I know what it feels like to be broke and struggling to pay my light bill and what it feels like to walk out of a meeting ecstatic carrying out a huge check that changes everything instantly. I know what it's like to not know where my clients will come from... and I know what it's like to rake in a million in sales in less than two weeks (I've got a great lesson on how to do this by the way).

It taught me all kinds of skills I use almost a decade later.

Along that process though, something always bothered me. I always wished that there would have been a clear roadmap. Some resource that could have sped up my learning curve and got results faster and easier. Some guide or support system I could reach out to with questions and keep me from making mistakes. People to bounce ideas off of ( ah, how the process was so lonely back then). Somewhere I could get direct help and tools from, rather than just having to discover or create it myself.

I didn't find that resource when I was going through. I had to figure it out, which was a long and costly road to travel.

Agency owners needed direct support and training. They needed a community. Connection with likeminded folks that are going through the same things I was to learn and grow from. They needed tools and resources to take their offers to the next level. They needed a place to bounce ideas, strategies and not just have to test it myself.

Ladies and gents... although I never found the resource for myself... I decided to build it to benefit you and your journey as an agency owner. It's been a work in progress for the last two years.
